These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you, whether individually or representing an entity (the "User"), and Nomads Booking. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and explicitly agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this document.
This platform provides flight and hotel reservation services. By accessing the Website, you confirm your consent to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these conditions, you must immediately stop using the Site and our Services. Please note that we reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any modifications become effective the moment they are posted, and your continued use of our services serves as your acceptance of the updated terms.
1.1 Language Policy:
All interactions and services on this Site are conducted exclusively in English. Nomads Booking is not responsible for any translation errors or misunderstandings resulting from language barriers. The User is solely responsible for ensuring they fully comprehend the Site’s content and requirements in English.
1.2 Accepted Payment Methods:
Nomads Booking accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.
1.3 Intellectual Property:
All content featured on this website—including graphics, code, layout, and software—is the exclusive property of Nomads Booking, our partners, or third-party providers. This content is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are not granted any license to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary data without our explicit, written authorization.
1.4 Prohibited Activities:
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Engaging in behavior that damages the website or interferes with other users' access.
- Using our platform for any unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes in violation of local or international regulations.
- Copying or distributing copyrighted material from the Site without the owner’s permission.
1.5 Order Accuracy & Cancellation:
Users must ensure all information submitted in our forms is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any inquiry if we detect inaccurate data or a violation of these Terms. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email; however, Nomads Booking reserves the right to make the final determination on cancellation eligibility.
1.6 Refund Policy:
Nomads Booking will issue a refund only under the following conditions:
- If we fail to deliver your requested itinerary within 24 hours for Standard delivery or 2 hours for Urgent delivery. Please note that our maximum standard processing window is 24 hours.
- If a cancellation request is received immediately after ordering and before the reservation has been processed by our team.
- If an error in the itinerary is caused directly by our oversight.
- If we fail to adhere to the policies or FAQ guidelines stated on this website.
Nomads Booking will NOT issue a refund in these cases:
- If an airline cancels or deactivates a reservation due to technical changes or flight schedule adjustments beyond our control.
- If the service is successfully delivered within the 24-hour window.
- If the customer changes their mind or wishes to cancel after the document has already been issued correctly.
- If the customer is dissatisfied with an itinerary that contains no errors.
- In cases of rude or unprofessional behavior toward our staff.
- If a visa is rejected or entry is denied by immigration for any reason.
- If the requested travel duration exceeds 10 months (as airlines generally do not allow holds for such long-term periods).
- If the client requests changes after delivery. Because we are charged per booking session, any modifications will require a new order or additional fees.
- If the client provided incorrect details during the order. Accuracy is the user's responsibility; errors require a new booking.
- If a dispute or claim is filed through a payment gateway without first contacting our support. Disputes can take months to resolve; we promise instant refunds for our own mistakes if you contact us directly.
Important: These are "reservations," not actual travel tickets. Our pricing reflects the nature of this service. We do not guarantee refunds for users who purchase these services under the mistaken assumption that they are full-priced airline tickets or hotel bookings.
1.7 Ticketing & Procedures:
- Flight reservations are valid for several days (typically 3–7), depending on the airline and departure date. We recommend ordering no earlier than 24 hours before your visa appointment to ensure maximum validity.
- We do not provide individual payment receipts. Payments made to airlines/hotels are for reservations only, and customer payments are processed in bulk.
- We are not responsible for transit visa requirements. It is the traveler's duty to ensure they meet the visa requirements for all connecting countries in their itinerary.
- We are not liable for visa rejections caused by the expiration of a reservation hold during the embassy's review process.
- Hotel reservations generally remain active for over a month and are canceled automatically 1–7 days before the check-in date.
- All bookings are 100% verifiable on official airline or hotel websites.
- Our working hours are 10 AM to 5 PM GST (Mon–Sat). Requests received after hours will be processed on the next business day.
- Standard delivery takes 4–5 hours typically, with a 24-hour maximum.
- Urgent delivery (during office hours) is completed within 1–2 hours.
1.8 Exclusions (Services we do NOT provide):
- Reservations for trips departing more than one week from the order date.
- Domestic routes (flights within the same country).
- Itineraries involving high-risk or sanctioned nations (e.g., Iran, Syria, North Korea, Russia).
